There are a lot of answers to this question….. but ultimately YES.

Do you do full site development??
Yep, we can do that. Having a complete concept of what your properties potential is from the beginning pays off in the long run. When you see an estate that really flows together chances are it took a lot of planning to get it to that point. When you have the vision and see the finished project even before you pick the building site, that’s when the results can be magical in the end. By having your landscaper, builder, and development team all working together from the beginning great things can be accomplished. Do you do small jobs??
Nothing too big or too small. Handy man style jobs are no problem. From changing light bulbs and checking smoke detectors to installing doors and windows we have the experience on our team to handle any task. You get our amazing service and quality on every job no matter the size.
Do you help with foreclosures ??
Again, there are multiple answers to this depending on your situation……But YES. Helping you with a foreclosure has a lot to do with timing. Don’t wait any longer to find a solution. Ignoring a foreclosure doesn’t help it go away. We understand how stress full it can be when the bank is putting pressure on you and the sooner you take steps towards a solution the better. Foreclosure costs keep adding up every day until it is resolved. We will have better solutions the sooner you get ahold of us.
Do you work with tenants if they are part of diffrent housing programs?
We sure do. For over 15 years we have been working with many local programs. We have experience with section 8, GECAC, Catholic Charities, and more. We understand that some times you might need a little help. That’s what these programs are for. We are happy to work with them to give you a hand. We pride ourselves in affordable quality housing that meets all the program standards and guidelines.
